PRACTICALLY ABSURD: ART & DESIGN BY PETER SHIRE

Internationally renowned artist and designer Peter Shire revolutionized the humdrum nature of household objects, by taking a new approach to design that combines the practical with the theoretical. Practically Absurd: Art & Design by Peter Shire was one part of a three-part retrospective, which continued at the Glassell Gallery (located on the first floor of the Shaw Center for the Arts) and the LSU Student Union Art Gallery (located on the LSU campus.)
