Who's ready for gumbo weather? This Friday, whether it's cool or not, we'll be celebrating one of Louisiana's favorite dishes with Rolling Down the Avenue by Marion Rea Brian, taking a peek at some of the silver vessels in our collection (that may or may not have been used to serve gumbo) then making our own gumbo pot magnet for the fridge. Perfect for ages 0–6 but all children are welcome. Free to attend.
